By accessing or using the websites, software, and mobile applications provided by SB3 Inc. (“SB3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SB3 Inc. operates and provides its services exclusively within the United States, and our services are intended for users located in the United States. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide.
All content, software, and materials provided through our services are owned by SB3 Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
If a feature requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB3 Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store are also subject to the respective platform terms and developer policies, including the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, the Google Play Developer Program Policies, and the Microsoft Store Policies. In the event of a conflict, the applicable platform terms govern distribution through that platform.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
